We specialize in supporting behavioral health, healthcare, human services or community, and nonprofit organizations. We also work with professional practices and small to medium-sized businesses. For every partner, we build a support plan around your needs - giving you access to expertise and support without the commitment or cost of building an entire department.

We offer numerous services to invest in your organization, team, and community. This includes virtual administrative support, bookkeeping and financial administration, talent recruitment and selection, program evaluation and measurement, program design and development, research and strategic consulting, and grant and policy support. Absolutely! We understand that every organization has different resources and priorities. We’re happy to talk with you about your needs and explore ways to make our services work within your budget. This may include adjusting the scope of a project, prioritizing your most immediate needs, or creating a support plan that allows us to work together over time.

Our goal is to provide meaningful, practical support without asking you to take on more than your organization can reasonably manage.

We offer both! Our services are flexible and customized to meet your needs. We can also combine services to create a customized support plan. 

Examples of short-term services could include organizing policy manuals, creating surveys, or developing programs. Ongoing projects could include bookkeeping services, program evaluation, or scheduling assistance.

We follow your lead! We aim to respond to every inquiry within 24 hours Monday through Friday. From there, we develop a proposal customized and get you started as soon as you're ready to move forward!

We follow a four-step process:

1) Consultation: we learn about your organization and its needs/goals, including your budget and confidentiality requirements.

2) Assessment: we identify gaps and priorities.

3) Proposal: We provide you with a customized service plan, including a quote for services. If it doesn't exactly fit what you're looking for, or your budget, we will make adjustments and provide you with another proposal. We aim to have proposals developed and delievered to you within 24 hours of your consultation.

4) Onboarding: Service agreements are signed, and we get to work! We will discuss any system access that is needed and identify priorities. Confidentiality requirements and agreements will also be addressed to ensure private or sensitive information is protected, if needed.

We primarily communicate via email and text messaging. This allows us to stay connected, respond promptly, and prioritize time-sensitive needs as they arise. We also can communicate via phone or video conference, depending on needs.

We believe in being communicative while taking the day-to-day stress off of your hands. We provide regular updates without overwhelming you with unnecessary communication. You are always welcome to reach out if you have questions or would like an update. We aim to respond to inquiries within 24 hours Monday through Friday, and believe in responding as soon as possible whenever your needs are time sensitive. Absolutely! We specialize in working with healthcare, behavioral health, and human services organizations. Because of this, we understand the importance of protecting personal and sensitive information entrusted to us. We are familiar with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and take steps to safeguard confidential information. Some steps include annual confidentiality trainings, confidentiality agreements, and using technology and software with privacy/security safeguards.

Because we partner with healthcare and behavioral health organizations, we understand that our work may involve Personal Health Information (PHI). We take this incredibly seriously. To protect this sensitive information, we have safeguards in place, including, but not limited to, confidentiality agreements and internal procedures relating to retention/destruction.

No, we do not currently employ any CPAs and do not offer tax preparation, tax advice, or audits. We do, however, offer some financial administrative services, such as bookkeeping, at an affordable rate. If your organization requires tax or other financial services beyond our scope, we will happily connect you with a CPA.

We're here to provide practical support and help you navigate your organizational needs, but we do not provide legal advice. When legal advice is needed, we are happy to guide you to a qualified lawyer who can provide advice specific to your needs.

While we can't guarantee any grant outcome, we can help you put your best foot forward. We work with you to identify opportunities, write or strengthen your application, and clearly outline the impact of your work.

Each organization has different goals and needs, so we customize our pricing based on the services you need, the scope of the work, and the level of support that makes sense for you. Once your needs have been outlined, we provide you with a clear proposal and create a customized support plan for you.

We never charge separate onboarding or startup costs. We want beginning our partnership to feel straightforward and simple. If services require access to a third-party system, such as an EHR, any fees would be the responsibility of the organization.

Absolutely! We take the time to learn about your needs and develop a customized support plan.

Definitely! We take time to talk through your organization's mission, needs, and goals. From there, we develop a customized support plan that includes what services, if any, are appropriate for you at that time. 

We would love to help you assess your needs. We will take the time to learn about your organization and team, and its mission and goals. From there, we use tools such as a SWOT analysis to identify your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Our goal is to help you understand where your organization is thriving, where there may be additional opportunities for growth, and how we can provide practical support to empower your organization.
